The hotel was very clean and tidy, great location and views, friendly staff, could have used air conditioning but the ceiling fans were ok.

The room was nice, staff great and the location was good but unfortunately across the road the backpackers can get niosy late at night.

Overall not too good and not too bad. Location is fantastic, view from room was beautiful. But floor and bathroom's curtain wasn't clean when we entered in room ...was fixed next day as we reported. Bathroom wasn't good enough , sliding door of shower room was broken. Pool and spa was good. but didn't except our request for late check out.

Loved the location, the apartment was clean and exactly what I expected. Great to have a balcony to enjoy the great views. It was positioned well and away from the noice of Cavell Avenue. Lady at the front desk was always nice and helpful, place was clean and access to laundry and rubbish rooms excellent. Felt very comfortable there. Would return again.

Disliked: maybe only the old fan in the room. That would be all

My two children (10 & 8) enjoyed our stay at the Shore Apartments. Accomodation was as presented on the website, fantastic location, convenient and secure underground parking. Rooms are nice enough, cooking facilities adequate. Spa was beautiful and pool was warm enough to swim in even though we were there in mid winter (July). Not the flashest apartments but neat and clean enough, certainly consider them to be good value for money. Would stay again in winter but not sure about warmer months as no air conditioning.

Liked: The views, the location, the spa, the price.
Disliked: Lack of spare blankets (got quite cool at night) and only a small floor heater for the entire apartment

The Shores is a great place to stay the service is impecable and it ist located close to a lot of attractions and is great value for money

As we arrived late in the evening, it was very difficult to get into the Apartments as the phone outside did not work, either on 300 or the other number. It wasn\'t until somebody returning for the night who let us into the foyer, that we could actually get hold of our key.
Our taxi driver had used his phone to inform somebody about our dilemma, but there was a distinct lack of interest. Lucky for us these people turned up or we would have been on the doorstep all night.

Had trouble with light globes which they didnt fix or follow up after it was reported, otherwise it was ok.

great view and room size, good distance from main strip. Just would have been better if the pool and spa were warm enough to go in. we tried the spa and it was too cold.

The spa temperature is set at 36 - 38 degrees Celsius. The pool is set to 22C in summer up to 28C in mid winter. We were advised that these are the accepted Industry Standard.
Please advise Reception if you don't find it warm enough.

Air-con would be good, not all TV channels worked.

The buildings Main Power Board does not have the capacity for air conditioning. Due to the lovely summer sea breeze, air conditioning would rarely be needed.
